Fidel Hernandez has accomplished great success in 3 different industries. Early in his career he was named youngest store director in American Stores Incorporated's 57 year history where he learned at an early age how to lead people. He took a super market that ranked121st to number 1 in the country and won several awards for this accomplishment.

After being in the corporate world he ventured in the automobile business, where became one of the top producers for Nissan, Chevrolet and Ford. With his extraordinary sales techniques he was quickly promoted to management. During this time is when he created his "Life Dynamics Princples". These specific principles helped him lead his team to award winning success.

After a successful career in the automotive industry, he ventured into the network marketing field. With his aquried skills in coaching, selling and building leaders, he took the network marketing business by storm. His team consistently gathered top awards and he was recognized as one of the top 100 associates.
